Tell Me A Story

Introduction

Note for Parents: These stories are not original. They are adaptations made by two Brahmacharinies, Sharda and Bharathi, and two stories are done by a Swami. These stories have depth. Parents can discuss those significances. There are enough indications, artistically left here and there in the stories, which can aid the parents for discussions, and the children also will have enough thrills in them.

There are kirtan - bits strewn all over. During the reading or telling of the stories, at these appropriate places, the children listening and the reader must together sing loudly the kirtan - line. This way the 'Dhun' and the story become associated with each other in the mind of the child. Tell the children that they will be told only one story a week. They must all be able to repeat them from memory. Then only should the reader go to the next story.

Please help us to help your children who are the future of the nation itself.
